Ordering and returning jewelry to us is simple and easy. This section of our site will help in expediting this process for you.
Free shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its takes about 5 working days from Hawaii. If you are ordering overseas, Canada or Mexico, a shipping fee will be added to your order total. All of our order shipments are insured via USPS.

USPS Express Delivery is also available for an additional fee of $15.00 and it will be delivered to you two working days after your purchase online .
All orders are shipped the day after your order date. If your order date is on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship out on Monday. If your order date is a day before or on the day of a holiday, your order will ship out on the first following business day.

Please double check your ‘Deliver To’ address when you place your order. USPS does a very good job getting our Tahitian pearl jewelry to our customers, but we suggest that you do not ship to any hotels or motels, as they do not accept street service and will refuse the delivery and USPS will return it to us. Having said that, we will attempt to notify you that your package was undeliverable. Your purchase will also be refunded back to you, less the shipping fee of 15%.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted without question as long as they are made within 10 days from delivery date and original tags still attached. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us, but we will ship any exchanges to you for free.

Jewelry pieces that are scratched, slightly damaged, dirty or returned after 10 days from initial delivery date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Jewelry items that are disfigured, have missing stones or pearls, missing original tags or have replaced parts cannot be returned. We document each of our items. This documentation is compared to each returned item for authentication purposes.
